I honestly can't answer the question of ALL of the netbooks with the most memory and drive storage capacity without going to each manufacturer's website and looking through product descriptions. Fortunately, there is a web application called Google Squared.

The Netbooks with the Most Memory Capacity

Using the list generated by searching for "netbook", I can see that least amount of memory in any netbook is 512 MB. Some models have 1 GB installed and some can be upgraded, but I don't know which is which.

It appears that most of the Asus Eee models of netbooks have a maximum memory capacity of 2 GB. These models include:

ASUS Eee PC Disney (Disney Netpal)

ASUS Eee PC Seashell 1005HA

ASUS Eee PC 1000HE

A netbook called "Hannspree HannsNote" also has a maximum memory capacity of 2 GB. I only saw one MSI (Micro Star International) netbook on the list, but I've personally seen them with both 512 MB and 1 GB installed. The "Lenovo IdeaPad S10e 4187" can have up to 1.5 GB installed and it's the only netbook I saw with that particular limitation.

The Netbooks with the Most Drive Storage Capacity

Google Squared doesn't show it by default, so you have to add the hard drive column. After adding the column, I didn't see anything for the netbooks which have solid state drives installed.

The average capacity I saw on the list was 160 GB (the same as one I have), but it looks like the MSI Wind U210-008US has a maximum capacity of 250 GB. I don't think the difference, in this case, is worth the installed memory limitation of 512 MB. A better choice would be the new MSI Wind U135 (not on the list) which has both 1 GB of memory and a 250 GB hard drive installed.

Google Squared

I just learned of this a day or so ago. If you use it for "netbook", make sure you click the bottom link to add the next 10 items repeatedly until you get the full list. You can then sort by whichever column you prefer.

At the bottom of the list, you'll find some laptop bags designed specifically for netbooks and called "netbook cases" instead of "netbook bags".

Many analysts have predicted that the coming age of netbooks is upon us, as the high prices of laptops will soon be replaced by smaller, thinner netbooks which may not have the storage capacity but fit the needs of many business professionals. Modern society has reached a point in which there is no longer a need for gigabytes of space on a computer, and convenience is the ultimate accessory. Many companies have launched campaigns which offer a free netbook in return for a contract on a wireless or Internet plan.

This new introduction of a competing model to the laptop is likely to completely revolutionize the PC industry as more and more companies come out with these sleeker, thinner models that can attract a wide audience. There is a very small percentage of people who require a large amount of space on their computers and the industry has realized that this has been a changing fact for the past few years. In an era where we skim news articles, enter in 140 character updates on Twitter, and rush past each other on the streets of the city, the introduction of these fast paced mini laptops are the perfect commodity for our modern day existence. This poses a risk to Microsoft and its sister companies as many of these new netbooks are set to run off of Linux software, rather than Windows, and could thereby serve to lower prices of their laptops in order to compete with the market. Additionally, netbooks currently sold run on an Intel chip called Atom, although a new breed of netbooks which are built on cell phone innards stand to disrupt the oligopoly which Microsoft currently runs.

Netbooks themselves are predicted to rise to 10 percent of sales within the computer world by the end of the year, which is an amazing leap for a device which has only just been released into the technological world. These new devices rely on the new class of business professionals who use computers solely for Internet and email access and spend a majority of their time on the go. They do not have the memory required for larger games and software, but can easily function as business laptops. Cell phone companies have additionally placed many offers for customers in which they simply have to sign up for a two year contract agreement with the specific company in order to get a low costing netbook. With these types of options readily available for an on-the-go business professional and student, it is slowly becoming evident that the era of clunky laptops and desktops is becoming obtuse in light of a more modern design. Technology is an ever-changing field and it is no wonder that the industry has come up with a new way in which to handle this modern world.
